Our consulting has always focused on teaching our orthodontic and dental clients the tremendous value, and safety, of using the credit granting process properly. Far too many doctors suffer needless failed appointments, poor clinical cooperation, and substantial financial loss, generated by patients whose financial arrangements were inappropriate relative to the credit worthiness of those patients.

Still more orthodontic and dental practices suffer significant problems with poor case acceptance caused directly by the doctors’ inflexible and restrictive financial policies that were implemented in order to avoid the problems mentioned in the previous paragraph.

Our consultants teach doctors and their teams to recognize risk and, more importantly, to recognize when there is little to no risk. We accomplish that goal, quite successfully, be using the exact techniques used by banks and other money lenders for thousands of years – to evaluate the maturity, the stability, and the credit record of the responsible party, and to grant credit in a manner that is directly proportional to the amount of risk presented.

ZACC is a web based tool www.myzacc.com that will identify patients/parents/responsible parties’ degree of financial risk to the practice. ZACC will evaluate age, type of job, time on the job, home ownership, stability in the community, and ZACC conducts an absolutely thorough review of your patient’s credit report. ZACC puts all of that information together and identifies one of seven degrees of risk and ZACC makes a recommendation for the minimum down payment needed and the maximum payment plan length that should be granted!

ZACC has no monthly or annual fees or minimums. You pay only a small setup fee and then a per use fee.
